At PUMP SOCIETY, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or misuse will not be accepted.
- Sale items, limited drops, and promotional items are non-returnable unless faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
To start a return, please contact us at info@pumpsocietywear.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied by us.
You are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or design, please return the item for a refund and make a new purchase.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item
If verified, we will offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
